Team Member
Bass Root Farm LLC is seeking a team member to assist with all aspects of running a small vegetable farm. The team member will work in seed starting and propagation, bed prep, planting, trellising, weeding, mulching, pruning, harvesting, washing, and packing.
Employment Duration
April through November
Skills and Dispositions Required
- Ability to work outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend over, and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively

Compensation
$15/hour

Skills Preferred
- Experience with gardening and/or farming
- Interest in organic farming and regenerative agriculture
Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
